To take advantage of the return, you must open the relative return procedure that you find in the details of your order. Customers who have placed the order without registering, can request a return by sending an e-mail to info@rafaelstore.it indicating: Order Number, Object to be returned and the reason for return. Once the request has been opened, we will send you an e-mail with the return instructions.
Information on the right to cancel:
You have the right to cancel this contract within 14 days without giving any reason. The cancellation period will expire after 14 days from the day on which you acquire, or a third party other than the carrier and indicated by you acquires, physical possession of the last good.

To meet the cancellation deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication concerning your exercise of the right of cancel before the cancellation period has expired.
Effects of cancellation:
Art. 49 comma 1 h), comma 4 e 5; art. 22 comma 1 e) Codice del Consumo; Allegato A, D.Lgs. 21/2014.
If the buyer withdraws from the contract, we will refund the cost of the purchased item (with the exception of shipping costs which are non-refundable), within 14 working days from the day we receive the return. These refunds will be made using the same payment method used during the purchase. The purchaser must return the goods without undue delay and in any case within 14 days from the day of receipt of the order. The countries for which the return is free and at our expense have been indicated above, for all other countries the return is at the buyer's expense.
You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from the handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods.
Once the aforementioned legal conditions are met, the buyer has the right to be reimbursed for the amount paid for the purchased item.

All the customers that return items from outside the European Community must inform us (before sending back) about the items value they are going to declare to Customs.
