Database Problems

Sorry about the site these last couple of days. I had some database issues that I was not able to fix. I had to call in the big guns and that took me a bit.
It took me way to long to call the big guns in though. Once they looked at the problem, in typical fashion, they said “here’s the problem” and with a really simple change in sytax they fixed the issues.
My database kung foo is not as strong as I thought it was. The lesson in all this, is simply, don’t be afraid to call in the big guns.

Twitter tools

I added a list of twitter tools to my sidebar. It’s a short list, but I’ve limited the list to the ones that I’ve actually played around with.
In case you’re so inclined, I’ve included a link to a bigger and more comprehensive list of twitter tools for you to look at.
For the record, I had no idea that there were this many tools for twitter.

Video site. This competes with justin.tv and ustream for eyeballs and video feeds.

This is a cool desktop application for twitter and freindfeed. I use this tool all the time. This app is free and is based on the Adobe Air platform.
